Wine Club Membership & Subscriptions
- Automatic Renewal: Your wine club membership renews automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually) depending on your selected tier.
- Automatic Billing: By signing up, you authorize us to automatically charge your credit card on file for the cost of each shipment, plus applicable taxes and shipping fees, before the wine is dispatched.
- Membership Commitment: Some club tiers require a minimum commitment (e.g., at least two consecutive shipments) before you can cancel without a penalty.
- Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your membership at any time after meeting your minimum commitment. To prevent being billed for the next scheduled shipment, you must submit a cancellation request at least 15 days prior to the next billing date.
- Skip or Customize: Members may choose to skip a shipment or customize their bottles online, provided changes are saved in the account dashboard before the processing deadline specified in our pre-shipment email.
- Product Availability: We reserve the right to substitute wines of equal or greater value if a specific vintage or varietal included in a club release becomes out of stock.
- Perks and Benefits: Discount codes, complimentary tastings, and member-only event access are non-transferable and apply exclusively to the primary account holder.
